For services booked outside July and August, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
For services booked in July and August, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, including no-shows, are non-refundable. If the service is cancelled by Van Luix Ibiza, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing your full name and booking reference. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund within 24 hours of your request.
